Noah remained alive in the ark

and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark. Gen 7:23

I must say, the later Bible translations,  leaves the word "alive" out of their translations, but KJV has it in italics,  the others say and only Noah was left, together with those that were with him in the ark. But there is enough spiritual truth here to make a great spiritual lesson.

Noah was in the ark and alive!!

He built it at the command of GOD. Hearing and following GOD's word, what a great thing to do and without any doubt. Although, some would say, Noah had many reasons to doubt. But he did not, as he walked with the LORD. He walked close to the LORD in those evil and wicked days. Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. And YOU may too friend.

Interesting to bible students, the ark had three level. As three reminds us of GOD, (Father, Son & Spirit) the three in one.

It has been said that the ARK is a type of The LORD Jesus, in spiritual lessons.  As Noah was delivered in the ark, so are we delivered in Christ Jesus, as Noah was safe in the ark, so are we safe in Jesus Christ. For when we are saved we are in Christ.

Now notice,
Noah was alive in the ark with hope, following GOD
Noah was alive with Happiness, alive not seeing death
Noah was alive with a home, a new home as the other was destroyed by the floods
He and his family were in the ark saved from the flood, away from GOD's judgement.

Yes, you see Noah was trusting in GOD's plans, promises and provision. If Noah could trust in Him, perhaps you could too.

The Bible says for whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be saved. Why not call on Him today.

Once on a Hillside

Three hillside scenes

First, once on a hillside,
People were gathered, Hoping to see Him, as thousands were fed
He touched the blind eyes, healed broken spirits,
He moved with compassion, while He raised up the dead.

The feeding of the five thousand,   is reported by all four gospels (Matthew 14-Matthew 14:13-21; Mark 6-Mark 6:31-44; Luke 9-Luke 9:12-17; John 6-John 6:1-14).

Second, once on a hillside,
people were gathered
Watching as Jesus was crucified, No one showed mercy, to the one who had healed them,
Yet, Jesus loved them, as He suffered and died

The crucifixion of Jesus is recorded in the New Testament books, in the bible, known as the Gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. This story is the central summary of the saving Gospel of Jesus.

32 And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death. 33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Luke 23:32-33

Thirdly, Once on a hillside, people were gathered, For Jesus had risen and soon would
ascend, But then as He blessed them, He rose to the Heavens, And He gave them this
promise: He'd come back again. Acts 1:9-11
And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud
received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he
went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 which also said, Ye men of
Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you
into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Three hillside scenes recorded in the bible, GOD's holy word for you and me.

The feeding of the five thousand, his miracle of love and compassion. Then His crucifixion on
hill far away, stood the old rugged cross, where Jesus died for you and, really for ALL, whosoever
that believe in Him. And His resurrection, rising from the dead, to live and intercede for us at the
right hand of the Heavenly Father.

Ask, Believe, Confess LORD Jesus Christ 💗✅🔑

King David

King David

David's house
David's help
David's Home

It has been well documented in the Jewish (Israel's) history the lineage of King David. Jesus Christ is in the family and lineage of King David.  If you wonder about this see the book of Matthew, which clearly shows the lineage of Jesus going back to King David, which is consistent with secular history. The disciple Matthew connected it all together and he shows Jesus is the king of the Jews.

Yet David followed his GOD, the LORD GOD Jehovah.

David's house
Lord, I love the habitation of Your house And the place where Your glory dwells. Psa. 26:8
God's earthly house, GOD wanted to dwell among His people and He led the people of Israel to construct a tabernacle patterned after Moses' Tabernacle while they were in the wilderness. David loved the beauty, the brightness and boldness of the house. A place where GOD would meet Israel for atonement, prayer and fellowship. And David loved this house.

David's help
GOD helped David when he was a shepherd boy to protect his sheepfold from the loin and the bear. Then later defeated the giant Goliath with a sling and a stone in the name of the LORD during Israel's war will the Philistines. Even later, as he lead Israel as their King.

David's home
Surely goodness and loving kindness will follow me all the days of my life,And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psa.23:6
God's spiritual  house is the home in heaven and David long to be there, that home in heaven.

So as David chose and followed the LORD his GOD, you, my friend needs to choose and follow GOD.

And you may and can, by accepting GOD's son, Jesus, into your heart and life. Jesus is GOD's way to salvation and way to heaven.

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16

Ask, believe and confess, A-B-C
Ask Jesus to come into your life, Believe in your heart and confess Jesus is LORD.

You may and can do this through prayer, as you call on GOD today. And GOD will save you by His grace through faith in Him.

Then as a new born again child of GOD, go to a church and be baptized to publicly identify yourself with Jesus and God's people, the church.

I pray you will and did, 💓💓💗🔑✅

Give your heart to JESUS

Give your heart to JESUS

Many years ago as pastor of my first church, we did calendar events on Sundays. Of course, when in February  we always had "Give your heart to Jesus Sunday" It worked well for Sunday school and the Bus ministry.

Now as I am blogging, I said why not do the same here. 💗🔑✅

Give your heart to Jesus today,
For this is for  the way,

Jesus said unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

Give your heart to Jesus today,
For this is for your present stay,

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Psa 51:10

Give your heart to Jesus today,
For this this what He says.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. v.13 or whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Rom.10:9,13

What's next with GOD

As we enter the year 2020,  Perhaps we could look 20 years ahead and / or 20 years backwards. One may be asking what's next with GOD, really it's a twofold answer.

We must realize GOD has done many things to this earth and for His people.  The book of Genesis tells us in the beginning He created the heavens and the earth. Even the most educated recognize there is a great creator. But He created the heavens and the earth, He delivered His people out of Egypt.  He sent His son Jesus to earth to take a human form and became a man to redeem whosoever will believe in Him.  Jesus died on the cross and went to heaven and is seated at the right Hand of GOD the father, where he is interceding for you and me. BUT THEN, what's next, the return of the LORD JESUS Christ to this earth.

First, may I say, many have talked / taught this in the bible, GOD's Holy Word. The Angels testified of this, see Acts 1:9, And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And as they were gazing intently into [h]the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them. 11 They also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into [i]the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.”

The Apostle Peter said He, Jesus will come again, see 2Peter 3

now this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming?
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and [b]its works will be [c]burned up

And of course, our LORD JESUS said He would return, see John 14
Do not let your heart be troubled; [a]believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

The angels testified in Acts 1, the apostles testified in their writings and the LORD JESUS testified of this, that He will come again to this earth. The Apostle Paul called it the "glorious appearing of our great GOD and Savior" And may I say it's not a fairy tale not fantasy, for it's written in the Word of GOD for ALL the world see.

But the Second point of this twofold event is your soul's salvation, for Jesus could and wants to come into your heart and life today.

Jesus said And Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because he, too, is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

So the next step for you is to call on the name of the LORD and ask Jesus to come into heart and life.
for “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

At this moment the word of GOD is very close to you, very near, The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, [e]that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, [f]resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, [g]resulting in salvation.
Jesus Christ will come again to this earth some day, BUT first, you must call on the LORD to be saved and become a child of GOD.

I pray you will call on Him today,

Rev. DAN

may I testify 01/20

May I testify,

The year 2020
I still believe on His birth, shed blood, the book, the blessed hope, a heaven to gain and a hell to flee.
Salvation, sanctification and glorification
Salvation is by grace through faith (without debate) also not of works,
The bible and Holy Spirit will convict you of your sin,
The bible and Holy Spirit will sanctify you, set you apart for living and service for Him.
Redeemed not of works or silver & gold, but by His Blood
Jesus was the great prophet in the past history, our great High Priest today present seated at right hand of GOD, and soon coming King in the future, to rule from His throne in Jerusalem
Holy, Holy, Holy is His name!!!
Also the 5 V's:
Verbal inspiration of the bible
His virgin birth
His vicarious death
His victorious resurrection
His visible return
Gentlemen, there's no wiggle room here on these things.
Brethren, pray for us.

Faith, reasons and evidences

Faith, reasons and evidences
I have just came through some Faith, reasoning and evidences classes on the bible with some Apologetic teachings and I must admit there's something there for the God called Preacher, However, there's still something that can be said about the the power of the word of God to convict and the moving of the Holy Spirit to convince a sinner, even a college educated sinner.

I think about the testimony of a young Cherokee Indian boy who read a little red New testament bible (KJV) and got saved and became a preacher of the gospel, the missionaries going to third world counties with their bible and God's message that Jesus saves, and others it makes me excited about the Power of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit who speaks to their heart.  I realize the word of GOD has a built in promise, "it will not return void" or empty but accomplish that which it's set out to do.

Are we forgetting the Preaching of the gospel is the power of God unto salvation. The dying thief did not debate Christ, yet under Holy Spirit conviction, 'LORD remember me in paradise"  Well, the other thief did debate and we know what that got him.
Help us LORD, to preach and proclaim the word of GOD in it's power and purity!!

Well, just thinking, if I had a place to preach tonight that would be my message, Well PTL!!

Truly, the story of Jesus will never, no never grow old!!
