GRACE Discovered
GRACE Discovered
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Titus 2:11-14
A favorite scripture of mine, was on my heart and mind today, and I would like to share it, but it can be preached, taught and shared at any time.
1. we see salvation v.11
2. we see separation v.12 (not popular today)
3. we see His second coming v.13 (many doubters)
4. we see His sacrifice v.14
5. we see our service for him v.14
As I said, a young preacher, bible teacher or any could take this basic outline and go with it. It's a great lesson on how God works and shows us His ways. It deals with our past, as we got saved by grace. It shows our present day and how we should live in this present day. And it shows our future, as many of us believe in the Blessed Hope and the great and glorious appearing of Jesus. For Jesus said Himself john 14 that if I go away, I will come again and received you unto myself.
Well, if the Grace of God is here and If Jesus coming again someday, then I would be a good day to be saved / born again. Today is the day of salvation, for whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved. For with the heart main believes and with mouth confession is made. Please, Trust in the Lord, with all your heart.

My portion
I appreciated my quiet time with Lord, during the A.M. drive in to work, piano playing hymns on the CD, quietly playing,
Thou art my portion, O Lord: I have said that I would keep thy words. Psalms 119:57
I looked up "portion" and found Strong's Concordance cheleq: portion, tract, territory - I'm about to get happy!
So the LORD is my portion, my tract or territory, "my place" the place where I dwell", praise the Lord.
It could be that portion of land that was given to me, it's mine to keep and take care of, even guard.
In the prayer of Jebez , it says "Oh that thou would bless me indeed, enlarge my coast", in some translations the word coast means territory, I glad He can enlarge it!!
Thou, you are my portion and I will guard it, grow it and make it glow!!
It's mine and it is the main thing. Sometimes we need to make the main thing the "MAIN THING!!"
Well, Praise the Lord !! For He is Worthy!!
