Our Five senses
Our Five senses
Humans have five basic senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. The sensing organs associated with each sense send information to the brain to help us understand and perceive the world around us.
The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord hath made even both of them. Prov. 20:12
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. Psa. 34:8
GOD sends information about himself to ALL men, all humans. We have built in gates for information to come into us and help us understand who GOD is.
The bible speaks of these gates / senses for mankind. Please do not disregard His information, please do not harden your heart, please do not close your mind.
Once you received His information about himself you must receive it by FAITH.
Salvation is of the LORD GOD and you must believe in Him and especially His son, Jesus Christ.
"if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation."
A-B-C, accept, believe and confess.
After you do this, find a church, to confess that you are a believer and you need to be baptized, where this will identify you with Jesus Christ and with GOD's people the church.
May GOD bless you,
Rev Dan

Eyes, ears & mind
Therefore I speak to them in parables; because while seeing they do not see, and while hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. Matt 13:13
Eyes that do not see GOD,
Ears that do not hear GOD,
Minds that do not understand GOD.
Ears that cannot hear GOD, through the Holy Spirit
A mind that cannot understand GOD, in the Holy scriptures
You must be born again, that which is flesh is fleshly and that which spirit is spiritual.
A new life in Christ Jesus and because of Christ Jesus.
See John Chapter 3.
And may be saved.

The light, His light
In Proverbs 13 today, this verse spoke to me,
The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out. Prov13:9
The light grows, glows and guards.
The word “light” is the same Hebrew word that is used in Genesis 1, “let there be light”.
It’s a GOD given light, which was created by GOD and not by man, of which, is temporary and will go out.
His light, in us, grows brighter, especially after we feed it the word of GOD.
His light, in us, glows or shines out, to a lost and dark world for a testimony,
His light, in us, guards us, as it allows us to see the sins and wickedness that approaches us.
This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine!! (for GOD’s honor and glory)
The light in the Tabernacle, the golden lampstand, sheds light on prayer, the altar of incense, it shed light on fellowship, table of showbread and it shed light on itself, revealing the beauty of the gold, meaning his deity.
Do have the His light ?? and/or Have you seen the light??

A quick bible devtional
Hello,
Well, today is 8th,
Reading from Proverbs 8 (wisdom)
Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children:
for blessed are they that keep my ways.
33 Hear instruction, and be wise,
and refuse it not.
for blessed are they that keep my ways.
33 Hear instruction, and be wise,
and refuse it not.
reading from Psalms 8 (worship)
O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
Reading from Mathew 8 (witnessing)
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
(Matthew 8 has many, many thoughts & sermons)
But when you need a quick bible devotional, read a chapter of Proverbs for wisdom, a chapter of Psalms for worship, a chapter in Matthew for witnessing / soul winning.
(Matthew tells He is the King) PTL!!

David's path of life, part 3
David's path of life, part 3
Psalms 16:7 - 9,11
David's path of Life had GOD's counsel and GOD's Course
Psalms 16:7 - 9,11
David's path of Life had GOD's counsel and GOD's Course
Thirdly, His path was with a Godly consolation v.9
Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth:
my flesh also shall rest in hope.
10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell;
neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
my flesh also shall rest in hope.
10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell;
neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life:
David had a concluding Godly consolation, “therefore”, at the end or the sum of all that life added up. It was a great comfort from GOD. "Thou" or you LORD!!
For this was inward, an inward peace “my heart”. But It became outward, an outward proclamation “rejoices” Oh, the emotions of it all, being expressed outwardly in rejoicing.
Then concluding consolation was upward, in thy presence, see verse 11
in thy presence is fulness of joy;at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
It was good for the after life, the next life, for us, it's Heaven, and being in GOD's presence. For when we ALL get to heaven, we will sing and shout the LORD's victory.
But Dear friend, What’s on your Path of life??
Are there troubles?? Are there testing?? Are there tears??
If so, it does not have to remain that way, for you may, "Seek the LORD while He may be found" also you may call on Him while He is near.
The bible says in Romans 10:9 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be saved.
May God bless you,
Rev Dan
David's path of Life part 2
David's Path of Life, part two
Psalms 16: 7 - 9, 11
Hello ALL,
First we saw David's path of Life having counsel with GOD, see verse 7, but Secondly, we see David's path of life was set on a course, see verse 8
I have set the Lord always before me:because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
There is a song that says, "He has made me glad and I will rejoice because his has made me glad."
Dear friend, is there gladness or sadness in your heart and mind?? On David's agreed course he found gladness from GOD. You may find that too, if you call on GOD to be saved and become a child of GOD. As David was glad in his heart, see verse 9, you too may believe in your heart and be glad too.
I pray that you will ask, believe and call on GOD today.

God bless you, please read part 3 and concluding part next time.
The word Set means to agree with, be or become like, level, resemble
So David had an agreed course with God in guidance. Alone with the sheep, holding a shepherds rod and staff. Later we David using a sling or sling shot, with smooth stones from the river. But this was enough to do his job and task, but most of all, GOD was with Him. He was speaking to David's heart and mind.
But then, His agreed course was with God’s guard. David would not be moved from the LORD His GOD. He was David's right hand of power. His experiences with GOD in his life was the defining life lessons. No doubt, it was a walk and a talk with GOD.
Then David's agreed course was in gladness to GOD, see verse 9.
David concluded he was glad in GOD. His gladness was an inward gladness and very personal. Then this inward gladness became an outward expression. He declared he could rest in His hope. An inward work usually leads to an outward expression and it can be seen in David's life.
