 ALL are without an excuse 

Romans 2:14-15

 Even Gentiles (all the heathen nations), who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. ¹⁵ They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right. 

The lost, natural, unregenerate man is without excuse, may GOD help them to see the light, the light of Godly help, hope, happiness, and GOD’s home. 

May they see the light of GOD’s son, the LORD Jesus Christ, as the way, the truth and the life.

GOD made it as easy for whosoever will.

All Biblical versions of the bible agree, the law of GOD is written on their hearts
