Pre-determine Secular Humanist

Hello again, friends and blog followers,

I wanted to save / store this statement for some future blog post.

Atheist Scientist Challenges a Christian Apologist

Pre-determine Secular Humanist

Where one has gathered or holds on to secular humanistic ideas and data to deny God and the bible.

(WOW, sounds a little harsh, but it's where we are today in this world of non-believers)
The early Greeks, Romans and others in the Apostle Paul's Day would challenge him.

The Apostle Peter, spokesman  & leader of the twelve, in his second book,
But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. Many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; and in their greed they will exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. 2 Peter 2 NAS

Peter's last prayer,
You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness, 18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  2 Peter 3:17-18 NAS

I believe in

Blog post #2 today, (I'm on a roll here)

I believe in :

His way of salvation, believing in Him to be saved,
Romans 10;9
that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation

His way of a separated life, set aside for Him,
Titus 2:12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

His way of service, serving Him,
Mark 16:15   And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

His way of the Second coming, He's (Jesus) is coming soon
looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Titus 2:13

(Being salt and light here) (And Oh YES, it is about HIM)

And dear friend and /or blog  follower, His way of salvation is through Jesus Christ, for the Messiah of the Old Testament is the Christ of the New Testament, And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Matt1:21
marvel ( wonder ) not you must be born again!!

Please call on Him today.

May God bless you,

The Downward Spirial

Hello again Friends and followers,

On a more personal note, I have copied and pasted  this article as some parts are my feelings and thoughts as well. The gradual change of MUSIC, MORALS and Manuscripts of the modern day church have changed many churches and many of denominations. Leaving the Christian standards and moral beliefs of 1980s & 1990s have been sad and hard, at least for me, to deal with in my life.

Brother Chris ChloĆ© Hewett
Downward Spiral”
I’ve watched a pattern of digression over the years as some friends and acquaintances have left Biblical truth for the cause of “grace and liberty.”
The digression begins with either:
Music
Morals
Manuscripts
They will not compromise all three at once but they will continually drop off as they follow this 3 part pattern.
They will:
•Apologize- They have to apologize for everything they’ve ever stood for, believed, and practiced. The reason for this is they can’t be right in what they were and also where they are going. They either have to be “wrong” then or “wrong” now.
•Attack- Once they’ve spent a good bit of time apologizing for the truth they were raised in or discipled in they have to start the attack. You see if they’re going to walk away from truth they can’t have you thinking that they weren’t done wrong. Let me say this, some people have been done wrong(I have been done wrong and unfortunately I’ve unintentionally done others wrong) but being done wrong by people doesn’t change truth. The attack must begin, because in order to soothe their conscience they have to become a victim. Unfortunately, attack produces backlash, and when the backlash begins the said person becomes a victim and hero for “liberty.”
•Apostasy- Once the apology has separated them from their “horrible” past in truth, the attack is well underway, then the final part of digression will begin. The sad truth is that by this time these people will openly, blatantly, and proudly partake in open sin, dare you to say anything about it, and do it all in the name of “grace and liberty.” This apostasy is sad and damaging. You may think I’ve went a little too far on this point but I say I’ve not went far enough. To call sin liberty in Christ is the rankest of apostasy.
What can we learn?
-Be Careful with our music
-Always remember that our flesh is ALWAYS looking for someone to excuse and champion our carnality.
-Rebels follow rebels.
-Do what you’re doing for Jesus because He’ll never hurt you, change, quit, or die.
-Most importantly keep your eyes on Him and not men.
GOD, please help us to follow your words, ways and wisdom!!

What to set in order for 2019

Hello again followers and friends.

As I read my devotional today God spoke to my heart about a thought you and me for 2019.

"What to set in order for 2019"

I. The Home
It is the Family
And He answered and said, “Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate. Matt.19:4-6

II. House of God
Our Church mission is to win, baptize, teach and disciple every person possible by every means possible until the coming again of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

III. Human Government
1. pray for leaders
First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, for kings and all who are in [a]authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and [b]dignity. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior 1 Tim :1-2

2. pick leaders - get involved and do the research, pick the lesser of two evils

3. proclaim Christianity - Let them know we believe in the Christian life  / The Christ life style

But first, you must be born again, you must be saved and today is the day for salvation.
Brethren, my heart’s desire and my prayer to God for them is for their salvation.
But what does (the bible) say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, [e]that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10 for with the heart a person believes, [f]resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, [g]resulting in salvation.
Jesus said I stand at the door and knock, He's knocking on your hearts door. Why not call on Him today.

May God bless you,

My New Year guide word

Happy New Year followers and friend.

My wife  and I were talking to each other night, the last Saturday night of 2018 and she wanted to have a new guide word for 2019.  She suggested "grateful" would be for her.

Well, I did not commit so soon to her but I ponder the thought.  Of course then, the next day we went to church and I found my new word. It was not found in the singing, although, it could have, it was not in the fellowship with church members, but I found it in the preacher's sermon.

Our preacher preach on how to "Guard your heart in the new year" and God spoke to me, "Guard"
He preached a great sermon on guard from, doubt, distractions and depression, and it had it's place and plan.  But as I wrote on my spiral-note pad, God could me in another direction.

I. I want to guard my home.  The home and family that God has gave me. I want to lead in faith, fun, (godly fun and lead us in our future. Really, I want to guard my home, by leading, loving and laughing, a happy heart.

II. I want to guard my heading. As ship heading to it's designation, I want us to be headed in the right direction.  Ultimately, heaven is our home /goal as Jesus taught us, but I want God's will and ways in my heading / direction in my life.

III. I want to guard my heart.  There are so political views and so many human / worldly philosophies.  Our heart can be effected by what we see, hear, touch, smell and taste. Yet at each gates of our lives we need to put holy filters in to help guard our hearts.  It should not be this is something I can do, but rather is this something I am suppose or should do??

We can be guarded by God's light, God's love and God's labor for Him.  David said " thy word, your word, O LORD, is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path"

God's light reveals so many blots and blemishes in a world lead life. God's love can direct your heart and mind.  Then our labor for Him sets us in a right path.

So LORD thank you for your grace and please guide me and guard me.

But dear friend, what a great way to start off the new year, month or week, but to be saved and born again, become a believer of God and a child of God.

We ALL may be a creation of God, but we are not ALL a children of God, until we are birth into His family by God's grace through faith.  For by grace are we saved through faith, it's the gift of God, not of works.

The Holy Spirit calls you and as you hear, with heart your you believe and with mouth confession is made unto salvation.

So please, call on Him today, while He is near and He will guide and guard you.

God bless you,
