A hidden message

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

I saw this on the internet tonight and God spoke to my heart and mind. I believe God works in different times and different ways.  One quote is that He works in mysterious ways. And so it is with this truth from John 3:16.

For within this is a great message the "GOSPEL", Let's observe. G-O-S-P-E-L
For God so love the world, that he gave his Only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not Perish, but have Everlasting Life.

It has been said the gospel is defined in 1Cor. 15:1-3, when Paul defined it. But John 3:16 has been called the "gospel" in a nut shell. Meaning the gospel message is shown and seen in this one verse.

In any event, it's a hidden truth and the way God that He works.  God takes the weak thing to confound the strong and He takes the simple to confound the wise.

This is exciting to me and perhaps it could be to you too.  

Do you think this was coincidence, not hardly, yet it's how God works!! Seeing this makes me believe more in God. How about you??

So please, think about it, and accept this seed thought from God.  Call on Him today to be saved.  For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. For with the heart man believes and with mouth confession is made unto salvation.  Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart and lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy path.

Paul's preaching the gospel

As I was driving to work, I was listening to the bible being read to me from my bible App on my cell phone, and these verses in Frist Corinthians just jumped out at me and God Spoke to heart and mind. 1Cor 1:17- 31 (NAS is great commentary for KJV)

For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not in ^[l]cleverness of speech, so that the cross of Christ would not be made void.

¹⁸ For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who ^[m]are perishing, but to us who ^[n]are being saved it is the power of God. ¹⁹ For it is written,

“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise,
And the cleverness of the clever I will set aside.”

²⁰ Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? ²¹ For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the ^[o]message preached to save those who believe. ²² For indeed Jews ask for ^[p]signs and Greeks search for wisdom; ²³ but we preach ^[q]Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness, ²⁴ but to those who are the called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. ²⁵ Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

²⁶ For ^[r]consider your calling, brethren, that there were not many wise according to ^[s]the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble; ²⁷ but God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong, ²⁸ and the base things of the world and the despised God has chosen, the things that are not, so that He may nullify the things that are, ²⁹ so that no ^[t]man may boast before God. ³⁰ But ^[u]by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, ^[v]and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, ³¹ so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.

Word of God speak!!

Dear friend, now is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation!! It could be for you.  After hear or read His word, and when the Holy Spirit speaks to your heart, truly it's time for you to be saved.

Hello Rev. Dan Sam. 

I am also a Preacher from Mumbai, INDIA. I am glad to come across your profile on the blogger and the blog post. I am blessed and feel privileged and honored to get connected with you as well as know you and your family and the ministry you do. I love getting connected with the people of God around the globe to be encouraged, strengthened and praying for one another. 

I have been in the Pastoral ministry for last 37 yrs in this great city of Mumbai a city with a great contrast where richest of rich and the poorest of poor live. We reach out to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the brokenhearted. We also encourage young and the adults from the west to come to Mumbai to work with us during their vacation time. We would love to have your son come with his friends to work with us during his vacation time. I am sure he will have a life changing experience. Looking forward to hear from you. 

God willing I will be coming to the States in the month of May and will be very happy to stop by your place and meet you to share more about the ministry amongst the poorest of poor. God's richest blessings on you, your family and friends.

After glow thoughts

Hello again blog followers,

On this Sunday night, I call this " the after glow" it is just some thoughts that I have. Well, the day was good for me and my family, Sunday and we found ourselves in the house of God, church.  I usually help out in the sound booth at my home church, specially getting our church service on the internet, our church Pod cast.  I really enjoy doing this ministry. We had over a dozen checking in. Some where our members and others there to hear / see our church service.

I really get excited when I think of the possibility ans potential for many to hear our services. Perhaps some christian will get spiritual help and maybe somebody might get saved.  It will ALL be revealed in Heaven, some glad day, and I truly believe it. 😊

Oh, by the way, go to www.asbcroswell.org on any Sunday morning 11AM Est. also see our archives of past services too.  There will always be a great sermon / message from our Pastor Dr. Jamie Caldwell.

But dear friend, reader of this blog, today, right now, how is it with you and the Lord God today.  For today is the Day of salvation for you.  For whosoever shall call on this name of the Lord, the Lord Jesus, shall be saved, for your heart man believes and with mouth confession is made unto salvation.
But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Please, call on Jesus today, right now!! And you will be saved!!
